INTERAUDIT CONSULT, s.r.o. continues a professional tradition that stretches back over 30 years to the founding of the INTERAUDIT group, which was established with foreign equity participation and began serving clients at the start of 1991. From the outset, the firm focused on three core areas: the audit of financial statements including under international accounting standards, the valuation of companies and their individual asset components, and economic and accounting advisory including oversight of internal accounting environments. Over three decades of continuous practice across Slovakia and the Czech Republic have given our team an unusually broad base of experience spanning manufacturing, retail, financial services, real estate, and the public sector. Our professionals are certified at the highest levels available in both countries — our managing partner holds audit licences from both SKAU (licence no. 475) and KAČR (licence no. 1623), is registered as a tax adviser with SKDP (no. 271/94), holds expert witness status in the field of Economics and Management with specialisation in Accounting and Tax, and is a certified expert accountant with SKCÚ (no. 2876). This breadth of qualification is not coincidental — it reflects our deliberate commitment to offering clients genuinely integrated advice rather than narrow, siloed services. INTERAUDIT CONSULT maintains a close working relationship with its sister company in the Czech Republic, INTERAUDIT LUTO 21, which operates from offices in Prague, Brno, and Hodonín and is supported by approximately ten partners and employees alongside a further ten external collaborators.
